Class Options

 

Does your child or teen get anxious? Do you get concerned about the effects of screen time or the way they slouch over phones and iPads? Would they benefit from activities that help to build resilience, without competition or pressure?

Group classes are a blend of enjoyable movements & group activities + relaxation & calm breathing techniques. Tailored to meet the unique needs of the group so that the classes are age appropriate and suitable for their experience levels.

 

If your child has additional needs or can't make the class times, private sessions are available. 

Classes in Early Learning Centres & Schools are also available.

Unable to make the class times? Does your child or teen have additional needs that require some more one on one care?  

Private sessions available. 

Limited places.
