Inspired Kids Yoga Classes
After ELEVEN years of teaching kids and teens yoga classes every Thursday afternoon in Mudjimba, I have made the difficult decision to not continue the classes in 2024.
Why?

I will be moving to a different area on the coast away from Mudjimba
-
I am clearing my schedule for more travel around QLD, facilitating training for kindy teachers on how to bring yoga tools into their classrooms
-
I am focusing on training up more fabulous Kids Yoga Teachers & Calm Coaches
-
I will also be expanding my Calm Fairies hospital program
-
AND studying so that I can become a counsellor for kids & teens
Thank you to you all for bringing your child along to classes and for some of you, for the years and years of support. It has been an absolute honour being a part of your child’s life and I hope that they not only enjoyed their time in yoga class with me, but also feel equipped with life skills to cope with stress. I hope that they feel more confident in themselves to try new things and feel empowered to be the beautiful, unique shining light who they are.

Private Lessons
I will be offering a small number of private home visits in term 2 & 3, 2024.
These 45-60 minute sessions are tailored to the individual needs of your child and can include yoga movements; emotional regulation tools; relaxation techniques & calm breathing. Perfect for kids who are anxious and / or neurodivergent. NDIS funding may be used.
If Stacey is personally unavailable, you will be offered one of the Inspired Yoga Teacher Training or Calm Coach Training graduates.
All teachers have a blue card, first aid certificate, insurance and relevant qualifications.
Yoga in Daycare & Kindy
Tailored yoga programs for your early learning centre to suit:
* the different ages of children
* group size
* curriculum strand / themes in the centre
* weekly program or one off class
Catering for the whole centre:
* 15 min classes with ages 2-3
* 20 min class with ages 3-4
* 30 min class with ages 4-5
Costs: from $90- $180 depending on location, duration, mats, class sizes
If Stacey is personally unavailable to teach at your school, you will be offered one of the Inspired Yoga Teacher Training graduates.
All teachers have a blue card, first aid certificate, insurance and relevant Yoga & Children's Yoga qualifications.
Yoga in School
Tailored yoga programs for your school to suit:

* term program or one off class
