This training is designed for Yoga Teachers who wish to become a Registered Children's Yoga Teacher (RCYT) with Yoga Alliance or Yoga Australia.
In this comprehensive training you will learn:
* How to teach Yoga to kids aged 5-12 years PLUS additional modules for how to teach early childhood and teens
* Additional Yoga Theory (eg. Yamas, Chakras & Koshas) made child-friendly
* Breathing techniques for all ages
* Relaxation & meditation practices
* Which Yoga poses to do, and what cues to give when teaching them to kids
* Which Yoga poses are unsafe for kids
* Over 20 activities to help them to regulate their emotions
* Ways to engage kids including fun yoga games, partner yoga & mindful art
* How to teach yoga philosophy to kids
* Anatomy & physiology & brain development
* A tried and tested lesson plan framework so you can create your own inspiring lessons that are holistic and cover all of the aspects of Yoga
* Term plan framework so you know how to easily plan a series of classes
* 10 group mentorship calls where you can ask questions, discuss and practice teaching the tools with your peers
* Two days of face to face training to practice teaching everything you have learnt online
* A one on one mentorship session to help you to get started!
